EVENT COMPLIANCE & PARTNERSHIP GUIDELINES
These guidelines outline the mandatory requirements for hosting Shaykh Dr. Mizanur Rahman Azhari at any event. All organizers must fully comply with the following terms to ensure the spiritual integrity, safety, and smooth execution of the programme.

A. Administrative & Planning Requirements
- 1. Programme Approval: A complete and detailed programme schedule must be submitted in advance for review and formal approval before any implementation begins.
- 2. Cancellation Notice: In the event of cancellation, the organizer must inform the Azhari management at least seven (7) days in advance.
- 3. Design & Publicity Materials: All final poster designs and promotional materials must be submitted for approval before printing or publishing.
- 4. Stage & Backdrop Policy: Images are permitted on printed and digital promotional materials. However, the stage backdrop, event backdrop, or any main visual display behind the speaker must remain free of images.

B. Financial Integrity & Event Purpose
- 5. Halal Funding: All funds used for organizing the programme must originate from fully Halal sources.
- 6. Event Objective: The event must be organized solely for: the dissemination of Islamic teachings (Deen), community benefit and moral upliftment, and seeking the pleasure of Allah.
- 7. Non-Commercial Nature: The primary purpose of the event cannot be fundraising or financial gain.
- 8. Neutrality & Unity: The event must not promote any political agenda, nor contain content targeting, attacking, or criticizing any individual or group.

C. Ethical Standards & Audience Conduct
- 9. Decorum & Respect: Attendees must switch off or silence all mobile devices to maintain a peaceful and disturbance-free environment.
- 10. Gender Requirements (If Women Attend): Female participants must observe full Shariah-compliant Hijab. Men and women must have separate entrances/exits. Seating must be fully segregated and clearly marked.

D. Security, Logistics & Safety

Security Mandate: Organizers are required to provide a trained and well-mannered volunteer team and ensure appropriate law enforcement coordination for safety and protocol compliance.
- 11. Official Approvals: All necessary permissions from local authorities and law enforcement must be obtained prior to the event.
- 12. Submission of Proof: Organizers must submit written evidence of approvals from the relevant agencies prior to the programme day.
- 13. Security Protocol: A complete security plan must be implemented for the entire duration of the speaker’s presence at the venue.
- 14. Volunteer Team: A competent and well-mannered volunteer team must be provided to manage reception, stage assistance, crowd control, and the safe escorting of the speaker to the vehicle.
- 15. Emergency Clause: If Shaykh Dr. Azhari experiences sudden illness or an unforeseen emergency, the programme may be cancelled. No compensation or claims of any kind shall be entertained in such circumstances.
- 16. Violation of Conditions: The Azhari’s management reserves the absolute right to cancel, halt, or withdraw from the event immediately if any of the above conditions are breached.
These guidelines are established to preserve the values, safety, and professionalism associated with Shaykh Dr. Mizanur Rahman Azhari public engagements. All organizers are kindly requested to ensure full compliance.
